The Power of W.A.T.C.H, it will change your life !
How are you feeling about where you are at in your life to date, right now, at this moment? Would you say you are mindful about who has input into your atmosphere? Are you aware of how others influence your thinking or how sometimes your negative thoughts and words do this too? This month take a watchful eye into your life and notice how the things you do consciously and unconsciously and the people you allow around you, in your circle all have some impact on the life that you are living. If you are not content after your analysis it is time to make a change.
Before we get into this blog post it is time to take out the almighty journal we encourage and promote often. Use it to jot down how you feel when you wake up and go to sleep. Use it to document how people around you make you feel, whether on the phone, online, or in-person? Use it to write down your thoughts and daily and weekly goals. Lastly, use it to illuminate how powerful WATCH has been in your life and things you will do to shift to make it even more impactful.
W.A.T.C.H Out Now.... You Have Supernatural Power!
W- Words – Now more than ever, we need to be mindful about what goes in our mouths regarding nutrition and what comes of our mouths regarding our words influence on our destiny. Our mouth is quite a potent vessel that can make things manifest into our lives as quickly as we speak them. Isn’t it time we watch our words more carefully, for they have a colossal impact on our lives? Good or evil, what we say out of our mouths, has the power to come to fruition nine times out of ten. Want proof? Look around; our lives are living proof about what we have been saying; we have either been saying something significant and optimistic or speaking self-defeating words that have brought upon lack, repression and negligence. Starting today, consciously activate your mouth to initiate speaking life over yourself and those you love. (Proverbs 18:21) (Ephesians 4:29) Utilize your mouth to speak victory and become a champion of living a noteworthy life. We were all born with the authority over our words.
A- Actions – We all are capable of changing and improving the world around us if we want to. When we are doing something for ourselves or others, we must understand why to be more productive in taking action for the cause. Having a purpose for taking action makes life more fulfilling and ensures we will do what we said we would do even if we really did not want to or changed our mind. The actions we take, or lack thereof, impact what happens next in our lives and those of others. As long as we are alive, we have an opportunity to make a difference in this world on small and more significant levels, and sometimes we can do so by spreading a word of encouragement to someone to make them feel better. So will you continue to procrastinate by keep making excuses on why you can’t do this, that, and the other or doing nothing at all, or will you get moving and take action in the direction opposite of how you been living? If we want something new or different in life, we must do something innovative or very atypical than we had done prior. We must shift our energy and mindset from one of pessimism, negativity and poverty to making impactful changes in the lives of any and everyone we touch, no matter where they are at in this world. The sovereignty of our actions is oh so powerful it can transform lives.
T- Thoughts – a mind is a powerful tool, though it is often racing around trying to keep up with this fast-paced world. However, our job is to slow things down and think about what we want to happen in our lives and possibly when and why we want them to. Once again, the things we think about, just like words we say, have the power to manifest into our lives quickly. Thoughts are potent; therefore, we must guard them with much care. We must continuously feed it positive, encouraging, inspirational, motivational, and powerful things to keep it moving forward. It is essential to guard it against the negativity that comes from people, the news, and sometimes ourselves after hearing something come from somewhere that changes our energy. Meditation, prayer, and getting around folks that are about their business to be achievers are something is a must. Reading, watching, or listening to audiobooks or podcasts, or documentaries are great ways to keep the energy of the mind flowing right.
C - Character – What are some of the qualities you are known for in your world? The way we carry ourselves allows others to make assumptions about who we are by our actions. When an individual is known as courageous and full of integrity, they have performed in such a manner that displays such characteristics more often than not. Whether we like it or not, we are all judged by the character we exhibit to the world. What is it you want people to say about you while you are alive and long after you are gone? Your character sets you up for kind words and mean ones.
H - Habits – Are things we often do like clockwork without even thinking twice about them. We all have a few tendencies that we do every day unconsciously because they have become like a tradition in our lives. We all check our phones more than three times on an average day in this day in age. We all brush our teeth in the morning and sometimes more times during the day. Sometimes we have a habit of saying good morning to everyone we encounter online or in-person. Everyone on this earth follows some routine or pattern daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, etc. Good or bad, those activities can have an impact on our lives and those around us; therefore, we must be mindful of how we conduct ourselves at all times. Now that we are all on the same page and conscious of this. We all need to put some positive habits on our WATCH list to transition our lives from mediocre to better or new and improved.
Now that we comprehend the dominion we have over our lives and how powerful a being we actually are, what will you do to change and improve yourself to propel forward? W.A.T.C.H needs to become an instrumental lifestyle change tool to help us convert to the best version of ourselves.
