As you partake in the last complete month of Summer, you can simplify your life by eating a nutrient-dense diet packed with only fruits and veggies and a little bit of meat if you must consume it. There is no better time than now to lighten the load from the previous month's added pounds. A great way to maintain or lose weight is to pick up seasonal fruits and vegetables which are readily available, low in calories, good for you, and more than likely on sale this month.
