Go to sleep no later than 10pm or 11pm on most nights
Shut down electronic devices an hour before you go to sleep.
Be mindful of what you see and hear before going to bed, for it can linger in your subconscious mind throughout your sleeping hours disturbing your sleep; especially if it was frightening or negative.
