Open the window’s, turn on the fan or the AC and make some homemade ice-cold lemonade, lemon or ginger water or a watermelon/berry slush to enjoy with this beautiful and refreshing salad that will have you relishing on the flavors of this refreshing, tasty salad. Prep/Boil/Simmer Time: 15 - 20 Minutes

What you need for this recipe:

(3) Avocado(s)

(2) Mango (Diced/Cubed)

(½) Cup of Red Onions (Chopped)

(½) Bunch of Cilantro

(½) Tablespoon of Lime Juice

(¼) Teaspoon of Sea Salt

(¼) Teaspoon of Black/Peppercorn Pepper

(2) Tablespoon of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

(1) Tablespoon of Hemp Seed (My must, but your Optional)

(¼) Tablespoon of Agave or Maple Syrup (Optional Sweetener’s)

Daiya Cheese Crumbled on top or mixed in. (Optional Dairy Free Cheese)

Instructions

Cut up the avocado, mango and onions into cubes. Chop the cilantro up finely. In a separate bowl or on top add the wet ingredients (Lime Juice, EVOO) with Salt & Pepper. If you desire a little extra sweetness, use one of the sweeteners listed or omit the if you are good with the way things are. Lastly, mix it all together.

To take this recipe up a notch, add a little protein, omega 3 and fiber by sprinkling some Manitoba Harvest Hemp Seeds on top when ready to serve and some Daiya Cheese or Follow Your Heart Crumbled up to resemble Feta.
