Cinnamon-Ginger Tea with Lemon, for Fall & Winter!

Yes, Fall is here even though some places on the East Coast like New York and Connecticut feel more like Summer. Fall usually brings with it some of the most refreshing scenic views and an increase in positive energy. The change in Season is supposed to come with a drop-in temperature. This decline in temperature allows for leaves to change from their rich chlorophyll filled green, to carotenoid colors of brown, orange, red and yellow. The brownish color along with some of the red hues allows us to feel the shift in energies to a more reflective one that brings on or would like to incorporate the betterment of self through change.

To keep the immune system strong and vibrant this Falls Season so you can enjoy the hue of vast beautiful colors that nature has to offer; consider making your own Cinnamon Ginger Tea with a Slice of Lemon. Whether you feel a cold coming on or just want to keep your body robust during this season shift. Cinnamon and ginger together offers up so many health benefits inclusive of being one of the most anti-inflammatory tea that one can make and enjoy in the comfort of your own place; it can also help with weight-loss and circulation among a host of other things too. If you do not have time to make your own, there are an array of cinnamon, ginger teas on the market infused or ones you can infuse yourself like Pukka Herbal Teas, just add some lemon and if need be a natural sweetener and you are good to go. Most people prefer to use Xylitol, Honey, Agave, Stevia, Maple Syrup, Coconut Sugar, etc. We like to sip our teas with no sweeteners, to digest all the goodness of the ginger and cinnamon combined raw flavors.
