September is that month that brings an end to Summer, but then enters in Fall ever so nicely we hardly notice the shift in seasons until we see the leaves change colors and eventually fall to the earth. This month we will keep it short and sweet by just noting the tidbits/themes of the month and covering one of our favorite go to spices for many things. “Ginger”!

Ginger is one of the most widely used and known compounds in the world. It is a universal superfood that contains gingerol which provides many medicinal properties.
